At Goodness and Mercy Missions Enkindle Cameroon, we sat back to review some of the interventions we embarked on in 2023. It is amazing what great work we have done:
- Child Sponsorship and scholarships for struggling students
- Economic Empowerment of rural women through hands on business training, Table Banking, Children Education through Women Empowerment and women cooperatives
- Vocational training for young mothers
- computer training in computer software applications
- After school program for children affected by the ongoing crisis in the English speaking parts of Cameroon
- psychosocial support for internally Displaced People
- Construction of classrooms and toilets in primary schools
- Initiating building of a computer and vocational training centre
- providing family solar kits to poor rural families; working on projects on environmental protection and climate change mitigation
- Encouraging sports and peaceful coexistence among the young people.
- Engaging local volunteers, International volunteers and UN Volunteers to help in community projects. This could not have been made possible without support from our international donors in Switzerland, The UK, USA, Germany, India, Portugal and in a host of other locations.
